What this covers

This page is about the website. If we work together, how your documents are handled is set out in the agreement between us — not here, and not by implication.

What the site collects

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, a company if you give one, and your message.

Separately, we count pages. Our analytics is set up to store nothing on your device — no cookies, no local storage — and to build no profile of you. It records that a page was opened, roughly where from, and what referred you. It does not record your clicks, your keystrokes, your screen, or anything you type into the form. If your browser sends Do Not Track, we skip it entirely.

Who else the page talks to

Two. A font service serves the typefaces, and so sees your IP address when the page opens. The analytics service above receives the pageview counts. Nobody else — there are no advertising trackers, no social-network pixels and no data brokers on this site. We will name either provider if you ask.

Where a message goes

The form posts to an endpoint we run, which hands the message to an email delivery service, and it arrives in our mailbox. Three providers carry it in transit, each under its own terms. Nobody else is sent it, it is not used to advertise to you, and it is never sold.

How long we keep it

A message stays in the mailbox while the conversation is still useful, and is deleted when it is not. Ask us to delete yours earlier and we will. Pageview counts sit with the analytics provider and are not linked to you or to anything you sent us.

Your documents

We hold none. Nothing comes to us until what we hold, how long we hold it, and who can open it is written down between us. We do not train models on customer documents, and we do not sell or share them.
